Why did you join proaxia?

Clear industry and product focus with center piece SAP over a very long period of time on a global scale. Knowing several decision makers and peers for a very long time and recognized them as integer and open-minded professionals and individuals. Having the chance to help within a team to drive growth in Asia by still being based in Australia. Having the customer first attitude and deliver premium services within a pragmatic approach. Healthy amount of marketing and selfpositioning, and last but not least a well-recognized player with a very strong reputation in the industry I like to be in.

What is your experience up to now?

It is about sustainable, reliable business and not about short-wins and quarters. It is about people and their challenges. It is about building and growing business together. You foster a culture that is creative and fun to be part of. One thing for sure, that is for me cultivating an atmosphere of looseness and creativity.

What is important for you and how is proaxia doing?

Being a trusted advisor and highly respected provider to our clients by providing candid and honest recommendations and feedback driven by the goal of customer value first. At the same time respecting the team and allowing the individual within a team to grow and make own reasonable and responsible decisions.

What do you like?

My employer provides me with the utmost flexibility and liberty to shape my job and tasks, but at the same time gives me clear boundaries to work in and the company culture of working with friends in a start-up for the better good of our customers in leveraging the SAP solution within automotive around the world.

What makes proaxia different from other consulting companies?

It is the pure dedication toward SAP product and solution as the center of our doing, but at the same time having the opportunity integrating the SAP core with Non-SAP-Solutions as well. Focusing on a particular industry and industry segment only. Provide vast experts only within those areas. The company culture and the true customer centricity and aiming for creating value for the customer. The short and direct ways to all peers, colleagues, but also toward senior management. The clarity and openness. You understand people have a life outside of work.

What else you feel is important to say?

Coming from a large company with a pretty good reputation, and I was proud saying ‘I work for SAP’, nowadays I am at least equally proud of saying ‘I work for proaxia’.

Why did you join proaxia?

proaxia’s concept of providing service to the customer keeping in mind customer’s long term vision and benefit is what attracted me. Added to it is it’s focus towards innovation.

What is your experience up to now?

I will be completing a year soon with proaxia and the journey so far has been great. It is very satisfying to be part of such a professional team which also enables me to execute my tasks independently

Working with an independent hand is important to me and proaxia enables me to achieve that.

Most consulting companies have policy to implement a solution and move on to another one without considering the long term benefits of the customer. proaxia stands out different in this regard.

Another important factor is the strong reputation proaxia has in the market. Along with pride, it also brings a responsibility to me to work hard to keep up that level.
