Quality-controlled support services for Mobile Solutions



proaxia’s service and support organization has once again passed SAP AG’s stringent assessment. proaxia continues to be a certified Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) for mobile solutions.

During the certification process, SAP reviewed the capabilities and Support Services of the entire support organization at proaxia. This certification covers the entire Support Center including support staff, support processes and infrastructure.

The PCoE certification demonstrates that proaxia meets all the necessary technical and organizational requirements to provide their customers with high-quality support services for mobile solutions in an SAP environment.

The certification is mandatory for all SAP partner enterprises selling and providing customer support process complying SAP standards.

The certification as a Partner Center of Expertise is valid for two years.
