Susanne Tiedtke named new proaxia CFO

proaxia consulting group ag has appointed Susanne Tiedtke as new CFO, effective as of 1 June. After beginning duties on 1 June, as of 1 August 2021 Susanne Tiedtke will assume overall responsibility for financial affairs, human resources, administration and legal affairs, replacing Willy G. Wolf. The previous CFO and co-founder of proaxia will continue to serve the company as a member of the board of directors.

Management biography – Susanne Tiedtke

Prior to joining proaxia, since 2010 Susanne Tiedtke had been active in various management positions at gategroup, the leading global provider of airline services and products and retail on board. Her roles here included Director of Group Planning & Reporting, involving management of global planning processes and reporting for the entire company group. Additionally, as Director of Finance PMI coordination she was responsible for the post-merger integration of Servair with the company group.

Most recently, she served as Global Finance Director and executive board member responsible for finances, IT and human resources at deSter, the leading provider of innovative food packaging and serviceware products for airlines and the restaurant and catering industry.

Susanne Tiedtke had been previously active for Valora, a retail company group, and for machinery manufacturer Rotzler GmbH & Co.

After studies in economics and business administration at the University of Basel and the Zeppelin University at Friedrichshafen alongside professional duties, in 2021 she will complete a part-time master’s program in accounting and finance at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration.
