Wolffkran’s service technicians use the Coresystems service solution for sending and receiving callout reports on their smartphones. Service reports on paper are a thing of the past. The reports are written directly in the app, so there is no longer any need for back office staff to retype them and, with the integrated solution, data is stored directly in SAP. As a result, turnaround time from reporting to invoicing has been reduced.
